🔁 Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery via our Returns Portal.

- Sizing issues
- Damaged or incorrect products
- A change in style preference
Product Return Conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- In original packaging, with tags and invoice intact
- Go to our Returns Portal
- Enter your Order ID and Email
- Choose a reason and upload photos (if needed)
- Schedule pickup or drop-off
- Track your return or exchange easily
Note: For exchanges, your new item will be shipped only after we pick up and verify your returned product.
- First exchange is free
- Additional exchanges: ₹149 shipping fee (payable at pickup)
- Returns for damaged or incorrect items: Free of charge
- You can also self-ship the return — just email us your courier receipt and tracking details at support@carlabraga.in
We do not accept:
- Worn or used products
- Returns/exchanges requested after 7 days from delivery

Please note:
- We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days from the delivery date under any circumstances.
- If your order was delivered today and you're still seeing this message, it could be a system delay. We request you to please try again after 12 hours of delivery or next day.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Yes, cancellation is allowed if the order has not yet shipped.

We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we provide store credit (gift cards) for the full product value (excluding shipping).
Our store credit:
- 6 Months Validity
- Can be used partially or fully across multiple orders
- Gives you enough flexibility to shop at your own pace
- Proceed to the final payment page.
- Select "Pay via Gift Card" as the payment method.
- Move to the bottom of the payment page.
- Enter the complete code > Click Apply — your total will update instantly
