You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery via our Returns Portal.

  • Damaged or incorrect products
  • A change in style preference

Product Return Conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging, with tags and invoice intact

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Upload a photo on our Returns Portal or email us at support@carlabraga.in
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue full store credit

🚚 Change of Mood ? Need to Return the product

  • Initiate a return request at our Returns Portal
  • Your first return is completely free – you’ll receive full store credit for the product value
  • For any additional returns, ₹99 reverse shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your store credit coupon
  • Prefer to self-ship? No problem—just contact us to know the details

We do not issue monetary refunds, but we offer store credits (gift cards) that give you full freedom to shop again—on your terms.

  • Issued for the full product value once your return is approved
  • Can be used partially or fully across any number of purchases
  •  6 Months Validity — shop when it suits you best
  • Shipping charges from your original order are not included in the credit amount

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

To ensure quality and hygiene, we do not accept:

  • Worn or used items
  • Return/exchange requests made after 7 days from delivery

  4. Approve pickup or drop-off
